Part of 'anapauo', which is permised by God, can be done with support of each other. Stopping physically is good, and essential, but sometimes this just isn't possible. On the night that I type this, someone at church, during a time of testimony, said that she had read that the word 'busy' can mean "Being Under Satan's Yolk", and that we can all too often be so caught up in life and doing good works for God that in fact we lose sight of Him. Hopefully the person who said this will be writing something up to add to this in the very near future - I'm sure her words will exress this much better than mine.

How can this 'anapauo' be obtained in such a busy world? What I mean by this, is, is it possible to somehow find a place in everybody's hectic lives to still aid the ability for them to rest and be refreshed amongst it all? I was asked by Jemma Maynard, who is one of the first people I've begun to discuss this with, what her first views are, to which she raised a confused quesiton: "Are you talking about physical rest or mental rest or a combination of the two?" To this, all I could respond was, "I don't know. This will be explored - but hold that thought!"

At the moment this section is pretty much a blank slate apart from the first few ideas from people that I have collated to get things started. The reason for this is mainly because I know I don't have all the answers, and am not experiencing all of the different aspects which are possible to look at across the ages. With this in mind, I am going to begin to work with people, discussing, getting ideas and thoughts, etc on the subject and see where this blank slate leads...
